Red Roofs care homes receives highest rating from Nottinghamshire County Council

Today we’re proud to announce that Red Roofs has been awarded the highest possible rating after audit by Nottinghamshire County Council.

The audit, carried out on 22 February, assessed us on five areas, including how we safeguard our residents, and how effectively we manage Red Roofs. In every area, the audit found we ‘clearly met’ the assessed standards. The council carries out audits so it can be sure we’re an excellent environment for the residents that they refer to us.

In response to the rating, our Commercial Director Roger Daniel said:

“Providing outstanding care is our top priority and this high rating is recognition of the passion and dedication Trish and her team provide to our community every day.

We’re proud that the report has given credit to the team and highlighted our approach to ensuring residents’ choices and preferences are embedded in their care. Although there were no recommendations for improvement in the audit, we’re always striving to make our homes as safe, homely and happy for our community. We will continue to build on this as we look to maintain the high quality of care our residents and families expect of us.”

To our residents, we hope this is evidence of the great care they receive. To their loved ones, it’s reassurance that we always strive to maintain the highest standards. And to those that are looking to take the important step of choosing a care home, it’s proof that they can put their trust in us.
