My partner has Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. He cannot stand, walk or do anything for himself and is confused. The staff care for him very well and are cheerful and chatty with him. This includes all the care staff, nurses, cleaning, laundry and admin. I am kept informed of health events and feel lucky to be able to visit weekly with PPE. The rooms are kept clean, and he likes the food. He is encouraged to socialise and not left alone for long periods.
