Our staff team are passionate about relationship centred care. We will ensure you complete a thorough, engaging induction to a high standard. You will be able to goal set and will receive a catalogue of training opportunities under expert guidance. We have a number of champions within our homes in subjects such as infection control, moving and handling and tissue viability. These champions work alongside our external colleagues, so we can provide further in-depth training for our staff.

We also employ the services of Stead Fast training, who provide our externally assessed, accredited courses such as NVQ’s and diplomas. If you are thinking of joining our team or are an existing member of staff whom wishes to discuss their career development.
