I have worked at Red Roofs Residential Care home since 1988; first as a cook, then a care assistant and then as a senior carer before qualifying as registered manager in 2004.
I am passionate about my role at Red Roofs and thrilled to be part of the Red Homes Healthcare team. Since 2016 Red Roofs has enjoyed the status as a 5-star care home under the Notts County Council ratings model. This is an achievement we are very proud of and keen to maintain.
I work with a wonderful team at Red Roofs and many staff have worked alongside me at Red Roofs for several years. We all work very closely together to ensure that the Red Roofs community continues to represent caring and compassionate care within the beautiful care setting here in Newark.
