Joanne started at Red Roofs Care Home, Newark in 2011 as a carer. Since then, her dedication and passion has seen her continually take on more responsibility becoming Deputy Manager at Red Roofs in 2016 and she has now moved to become the Home Manager at Red Rose Care Community in Farndon.
With a passion for learning and helping people, Joanne is a calming influence and offers strong leadership to support both residents and staff in bringing the best out in our community. You will often find her talking to residents to find new ways to help with different activities, extra facilities or events. For Joanne it is important that every person gets the very best care.
